Pharmacists can play an important role in helping men manage their health with preventative health checks and are always available to talk to and offer advice on any health concerns.
"As a man I know that sometimes we're not very good at putting our own health first," Pharmacy 777 Pharmacy Development Manager, Kristian Ray said.
"But it's incredibly important that men keep their health checks up to date, so we're hoping to bring that into the spotlight this Men's Health week.
"Pharmacists are available to help support men, we can talk to them about heart health, diabetes prevention, and stroke education. We work in collaboration with other health care professionals to make sure that men are achieving optimal health levels."
Kristian attended the WA Men's Wellbeing Conference, this year's theme was 'Nurturing Men's Mental Wellbeing'.
