A MedsCheck is a free consultation that focuses on education and self management.

It aims to:

• Give you a better understanding of your medicines
• Make you feel more confident that you are taking the right medicines at the right time
• Ensure that your medicines are working for you
• Provide you with a documented “Action Plan”

If you’re taking multiple medications, it can sometimes be helpful to review how everything is working together. Your pharmacist can talk through your medicines with you, help simplify your routine, and answer any questions you may have.

In some cases, a more comprehensive medication review can be arranged in collaboration with your GP at your home. These reviews provide a structured assessment of your medicines to help ensure they are safe, effective and suited to your current health needs.
