We can also deliver or post your supplements direct to your home or workplace.

A consult with our Naturopaths is a great way for us to find out more about you and your health care priorities. We conduct a comprehensive assessment that allows us to develop a treatment plan and recommendations that will help address your specific needs and goals. This plan includes diet and health lifestyle suggestions, a possible supplement regime and any required testing.

The assessment may include but is not limited to evaluating:

lifestyle and diet regimes
environmental influences
screening tools
any digestive health issues

Initial Consultation (1 hour)

This consultation is required if you are visiting our naturopath for the first time. It is a comprehensive assessment which is necessary to build an accurate picture of your current health status. From this we develop a health plan that will be targeted and provide the best possible outcome.

Follow-up Consultation (30mins)

This is to review your progress and your response to the prescribed plan.
