6 Week Stress Management Program

  • Explore the individual's causes of stress and the effect it is having on the individuals lifestyle.
  • Explore and work through distressing, confusing or painful thoughts.
  • Learn techniques to relax, decrease stress and anxiety while considering lifestyle choices.
  • Assist in the correction of unhelpful beliefs and increase education on lifestyle choices that effect levels of stress .
  • Work through confusing, distressing and/or painful thoughts; and confront them with the aim to achieve acceptance of the memories, thoughts, and/or images to reduce stress and anxiety.
  • Increase self awareness and insights into issues to allow the development of new skills and to empower the client to make better decisions.
  • Aim to achieve optimal social involvement, balance in life and happiness.
