Dispensary Technician (Full Time) - Pharmacy 777 South Lake, WA

Our South Lake pharmacy has an exciting opportunity for a friendly, self-motivated and highly organised Dispensary Technician to join our amazing team on a Permanent Full-Time basis with a preferred start date of 27th October 2025.
 

The Dispensary Technician will support the Pharmacists’ in providing a great patient experience and timely and accurate dispensary operation.

 

Working closely with the Pharmacists, your duties will include:

 

  • Accurately dispense prescriptions,

  • Maintain awareness of patients in-store at all times,

  • Actively assist the Pharmacists’ in providing service and product information to patient’s including the provision of relevant and appropriate health information,

  • Assisting with Dose Administration Aids,

  • Providing support to other team members

  • Ensure all dispensary administration duties are performed, including organising and maintaining the cleanliness of the dispensary area.
     

 

Completion of the S2/S3 certificate, or Cert II/III in Community Pharmacy and DAA experience is highly desirable whilst previous pharmacy dispensing experience is essential.

 

It is expected that you will be flexible to meet the operational requirements of the pharmacy, including early starts, late finishes and weekend/public holiday work, as our pharmacy operates every day from 7am – 9pm.

Compounding Technician (Part Time) - Pharmacy 777 Wembley, WA

Our Wembley pharmacy is seeking a Compounding Technician on a Permanent Part-Time basis, working 5 days per week on a 30-hour roster. The preferred start date is 13/10/2025.
 

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Manufacture of simple and complex compounding

  • Maintaining strict Quality Assurance Standards

  • Maintaining our strict SOP’s

  • Manage and oversee the production and output of orders

Position requirements:

  • S2/S3 Certificate or Cert II/III in Community Pharmacy

Pharmacist - Pharmacy 777 East Victoria Park, WA

Pharmacy 777 East Victoria Park is a unique, non-PBS pharmacy located 15 minutes southeast of Perth CBD. PDC Health Hub (Perth Diabetes Care) is a multidisciplinary clinic co-located at this site. Together, we offer a broad range of services to the community, including diabetes education, dietetics, podiatry, exercise physiology, physiotherapy, and pharmacy services.

The pharmacy specialises in sleep health and offers level two obstructive sleep apnoea diagnostic tests, CPAP trials, sales and aftercare support. In addition, we are a destination for the local community for our vaccination offering. We provide HBF alliance health services, including health checks and weight management with the Impromy program. We have a low prescription volume and seek someone passionate about professional services or someone willing to upskill in this area to complement our team.

Pre-requisited/experience required:

  • Current Provisional AHPRA registration or eligible for provisional AHPRA registration
  • Be proficient in English
  • Current First Aid/CPR
  • Driver’s Licence
