Future Pharmacy Membership

Terms and Conditions

Memberships to the Future Pharmacy Membership Program (Future Pharmacy Program) are issued by 777 Franchising Pty Ltd ABN 54 162 625 765 & 777 Franchising East Coast Pty Ltd ABN 78 660 956 589 (Issuer).

Individuals aged 16 years or over (Eligible Applicants) are eligible to join the Future Pharmacy Program.

Eligible Applicants may apply to become a member of the Future Pharmacy Program (Future Pharmacy Member) by filling out the online form.
To become a Future Pharmacy Member, Eligible Applicants must provide personal details (such as name, address, email address and phone number) to the Issuer.
Future Pharmacy Members are responsible for informing the Issuer if their personal details change.
The Issuer may refuse an application to become a Future Pharmacy Member for any reason.
If a Future Pharmacy Member wishes to cancel their Future Pharmacy Membership, that Future Pharmacy Member may contact the Issuer by email at futurepharmacy@pharmacy777.com.au or telephone on 1800 777 100, and the Issuer will endeavour to cancel the Community Spirit Card as soon as practicable.
The Issuer may at any time and in its absolute discretion cancel or suspend a Future Pharmacy Member's membership or modify and withdraw a Future Pharmacy Member’s Future Pharmacy Program membership.

By becoming a Future Pharmacy Member you consent to your personal information being collected, used and disclosed in accordance with the Pharmacy 777 Privacy Policy, a copy of which is available at https://www.pharmacy777.com.au/privacy-policy.

Acceptance of a Future Pharmacy Membership constitutes as an agreement to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as amended from time to time by the Issuer at the Issuer’s sole and absolute discretion.
The Issuer may terminate the Future Pharmacy Program at any time, and in such circumstances the Issuer will notify Future Pharmacy Members via the contact details provided when applying for a Future Pharmacy Membership or as updated by Future Pharmacy Members.

From time to time, the Issuer will notify members by email of exclusive offers available to members, such as exclusive events, competitions, and early bird access to content available.
Exclusive offers and events may be subject to conditions such as expiry dates, availability or other exclusions at the sole and absolute discretion of the Issuer.

The Issuer may make changes to these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice at its absolute and sole discretion.
A Future Pharmacy Member’s continued access to the Future Pharmacy Membership content and offers, after any such amendment to these Terms & Conditions will be taken as the Future Pharmacy Member’s acceptance of the terms of the amended Terms & Conditions. Future Pharmacy Members are solely responsible for checking periodically for any such amendments to these Terms & Conditions.
If a Future Pharmacy Member does not agree with the amended Terms & Conditions, Future Pharmacy Member must take steps to cancel their Future Pharmacy Membership and immediately stop participating in the Future Pharmacy Program.

Pharmacy 777 pharmacies and employees are not permitted or authorised to make any representation, warranty or statement on behalf of the Issuer in relation to the Future Pharmacy Program unless they have approval via 777 Group to represent or promote Future Pharmacy on behalf of 777 Group.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Issuer makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, security or timeliness of the content, information or services provided by its communications for the Future Pharmacy Program and disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, statutory or otherwise, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, non-infringement of third parties' rights, and fitness for a particular purpose.

Future Pharmacy Members release the Issuer from all liability for any representations, warranties or statements.
The Issuer and Pharmacy 777 pharmacies will not be liable for the termination of the Future Pharmacy Program or any loss suffered by Future Pharmacy Members as a result of any termination.
Each Future Pharmacy Member agrees that the Issuer will not be liable for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential losses or damages or loss of profits suffered or incurred by a Future Pharmacy Member in relation to the Future Pharmacy Program.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, each Future Pharmacy Member indemnifies the Issuer and its directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents, and affiliates for and against any Future Pharmacy Member or third party claims, liability, damages, loss or costs arising from or in connection with the use of the Future Pharmacy Program or a breach of these Terms & Conditions by that Future Pharmacy Member.
