About this service.
The Pharmacy 777 Weight Loss Program, in collaboration with Impromy, focuses on improving health through weight loss and good nutrition. The program uses a combination of great tasting meal replacements, high protein meals, access to a dietitian helpline, and ongoing support from your 777 Pharmacist to help you lose and manage your weight.
Why the Pharmacy 777 weight loss program?
The program was developed in collaboration with, and clinically tested by, the CSIRO – Australia’s national scientific research agency – so you can be confident it’s safe, nutritious and effective*.
The program aims to improve overall health by helping you drop excess weight. Losing weight has many positive effects on your health and helps to;

How much does it cost?
Our Weight Loss Program exclusive Starter Pack costs $99, which includes your lifetime Impromy membership, 14 meal replacement shakes and a shaker. Alternatively, you can purchase the Impromy membership on its own for $49.95.

How do I know if I am eligible for the program?
You can book a free 15-minute consultation with your 777 Pharmacist who will provide you with an overview of the program and determine if you are eligible.
To be eligible you must be;
-18 years or over
-Not currently pregnant or breastfeeding

What does the Impromy membership include?
Your membership pack includes lifetime membership, the Simply Well recipe book – incorporating high protein recipes for successful weight loss, a get started guide, membership card, smartphone app access and an initial health review report. Your membership also includes all consultations and ongoing, regular, health reviews at the pharmacy.
What if I’m already an Impromy member at a different pharmacy?
If you’re already an Impromy member you can transfer to Pharmacy 777 at no cost.

How much weight can I expect to lose?
On average, participants lost 1.8kgs in their first week, and 1 in 4 lost 10% or more of their body weight over 12 weeks*. What’s more, the simple program and the support you get from your Pharmacist make you more likely to succeed.

How many meal replacements will be incorporated into my personalised meal plan?
The program is personalised to your age, weight, height, and gender so you get the correct amount of energy to lose weight safely. This means some people are on 2 shakes or soups a day, others up to 4. As you progress through the program and lose weight, your program and meal plan will be reassessed and adjusted accordingly.
Can I replace all of my meals to get faster weight loss?
We don’t recommend replacing all your food with meal replacement products. The program is designed to provide long-term weight management, and eating normal food is an important part of losing and maintaining weight over an extended period of time.
How often do I need to visit my local pharmacy?
After your initial consultation, you will return and meet with your pharmacist at 1, 3, 6 and 12 months. We also encourage you to visit your pharmacy weekly for a health review to check on your progress. This usually takes 10 minutes. Data shows that patients who visit the pharmacy more regularly see far better results than those who visit infrequently.
Is it OK to drink alcohol or coffee on the program?
Alcohol is OK on the program in moderation during certain phases. Coffee can be enjoyed, but if you have milk in your coffee this will count towards your daily protein intake. Read the program guide or talk to your pharmacist for more information.
Is it OK to use the program when pregnant?
The Impromy programs is not recommended when you are pregnant or breastfeeding, as the meal plans may not contain enough nutrients to support the needs of both mum and baby. Seek advice from your pharmacist before enrolling.
