MSWA awards Pharmacy 777 for their ongoing commitment

MSWA awarded Pharmacy 777 with its Business Commitment  
Award at the 2016 MS Dinner Auction held in late August.

The Award is presented annually alongside an Individual Commitment Award, and is the Society’s way of highlighting and acknowledging the generous support provided by businesses and individuals to the organisation throughout the year.

Nominations are made for businesses and individuals MSWA feel have gone above and beyond in the way they contribute their time and resources to support the goals of the organisation.
 
Pharmacy 777 were awarded the Business Commitment Award for their amazing fundraising efforts which have totalled to over $94,000 in the past 5 years. They have also helped spread awareness about the cause by participating in the City to Surf as a team running for MSWA. 
 
MSWA CEO Marcus Stafford said, “Pharmacy 777 have demonstrated their commitment to MSWA in the most phenomenal way.
 
“Their dedicated fundraising has funded an MS Wellness Camp, contributed to the renovations at Fern River and Margaret Doody House and additionally, has been used by the Society to outfit our facilities with essential equipment for our Members.
 
It is the support and generosity of organisations such as Pharmacy 777 that allows us to continue to support the people we are here to serve, people living with MS and other neurological conditions”, Marcus said.
 
Kim Brotherson, Pharmacy 777 Managing Director, accepted the prestigious award on behalf of the Pharmacy 777 Group. A long-time advocate and fundraiser for MSWA, Kim is incredibly proud of the relationship MSWA and Pharmacy 777 share. “We’re driven to make a difference, not just to the health of our patients but also to the wider community”, he said. “I appreciate the support from all of the Pharmacy 777 team in their fundraising efforts for such an important cause. We are proud to support MSWA in the outstanding work they do in improving the lives of so many people.”
