Pharmacy 777 celebrated its Trailblazers in patient care last Friday at Crown Towers, hosting their annual Momentum conference and Trailblazer awards.
The annual conference brings together all Pharmacy 777 owners, managers, staff, suppliers and stakeholders to celebrate the year that was, while looking ahead at strategy and innovation.
The 777 Trailblazer Awards was a highlight of the event, recognising the incredible leaders within the Group, who live and breathe the 777 values of Professional, Caring, Exceptional Service and Growth.
“It was an absolute pleasure to celebrate another group of 777 Trailblazers this year, these people are true health leaders, inspiring both their teams and communities,” Pharmacy 777 CEO Jason Brotherson said.

The 2025 Support Person of the Year - Julie Mitchell, Dispensary Technician at Pharmacy 777 Shoalwater, who has been a cornerstone of the pharmacy for over 24 years.
Since taking on the role of Dispensary Manager in 2017, Julie has set the benchmark for excellence, leading her team with precision, compassion and a deep commitment to the 777 values. Under her leadership, the dispensary team performs all technical tasks with seamless efficiency, allowing pharmacists to focus on patient care and professional services. Julie is known for her unwavering dedication, her genuine care for every customer who walks through the doors, and her authentic leadership that reminds her team daily of what true community pharmacy is all about. She embodies the Pharmacy 777 values each day.
The 2025 Intern of the Year - Mariam Loay from Pharmacy 777 Nollamara, recognised for her exceptional commitment to patient care and her passion for advancing mental health awareness in the community. Mariam consistently goes above and beyond in her role, taking the time to ensure every patient feels informed, supported and confident in their healthcare journey. Her dedication extends beyond the pharmacy, where she has become a respected advocate for mental health, delivering educational sessions with local organisations including the MIFWA Lorikeet Mental Health Centre. Through her work, Mariam bridges the gap between clinical pharmacy practice and community wellbeing, empowering others with knowledge and compassion. Her professionalism, empathy and drive make her a standout future pharmacist and a reflection of the 777 spirit in action.
The 2025 Pharmacist of the Year - Amirah King from Pharmacy 777 Tambrey, recognised for her exceptional leadership, compassion and unwavering dedication to the Pilbara community she has served for over 12 years. As Pharmacy Manager, Amirah leads with infectious energy and genuine care, creating a workplace that is both positive and deeply connected. She knows her patients personally and goes above and beyond to ensure every member of her community feels supported and cared for.
Affectionately known as “Meerkat” by her team, Amirah is always alert to what’s happening around her, not for danger in the desert, but for opportunities to help, encourage and uplift others. She has a rare ability to see both the big picture and the smallest details, ensuring her team thrives together while keeping the heart of Pharmacy 777 alive. Guided by her personal motto, “Do it now and do it properly,” Amirah leads by example, celebrates the success of those around her, and exemplifies the highest standards of what it means to be a 777 Pharmacist.
