Project Coordinator (permanent full time) - Pharmacy 777 Administration, WA

Pharmacy 777 Administration is looking for a highly motivated, personable, and engaging Project Coordinator, with a strong customer service and organisational background, to join our dynamic team based in Osborne Park. With a busy portfolio, this opportunity is available for an immediate start.

As the fastest growing pharmacy group in WA, we are committed to improving the health of our patients, whilst also supporting the growth of our pharmacy network across Australia. 

This is a permanent full time position reporting to the Facilities Manager, where you will be responsible for the management of the project office function, updates, communications, and service improvements. Additionally, you will manage discrete projects, activities and services associated with the Facilities Team as directed by the Facilities Manager. 

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Management of assigned projects and ensure compliance with the PMO (Project Management Office) processes.
  • Develop technical Scopes of Work that encapsulate all project key technical deliverables.
  • Develop project budgets, estimations, and project timelines.
  • Manage and deliver Stakeholder communications.
  • Manage contractors and staff assigned to projects.
  • Provide administrative support for Pharmacy Board and ACPA (Australian Community Pharmacy Authority) approvals.
  • Assist the Facilities Manager to maintain and expand the team services suite and deliver on time and on budget.
  • Provide pre-sales and consulting advice for projects, activities, and Facility team services.
  • Involvement in project working groups as and when required.
  • Positively represent the Pharmacy 777 brand to internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Relevant qualifications and training in Project Management.
  • Previous experience in Project Coordination (Pharmacy industry experience is desirable though not essential).
  • An understanding of stakeholder management.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office suite of applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • An eagerness to grow your capabilities.
  • Ability to identify potential risk (both personal and project).
  • A self-starter who is details focussed and passionate about delivering quality.
  • Flexible and can manage regular change.
  • Comfortable with high-pressure environments.

Experience within the fit out, maintenance or build sectors is highly desirable, however candidates who possess Project Management and hands on trades experience are also encouraged to apply.

We are looking for someone who shows initiative and can work effectively within a team environment. You will have excellent communication and relationship building skills, strong problem-solving abilities and commitment to your on-going personal and professional development. 

We provide a wide array of innovative professional services and to be successful in this position, you will have a highly dedicated work ethic, be open and willing to learn and adapt to the needs of the pharmacy and the Willetton community. You are pro-active and will provide exceptional, holistic patient care, and positively liaise with other allied health professionals.  

The successful candidate will be trained in and be responsible for practicing and providing the 777 Fundamentals, Foundational Services and Allied Health Services.  Our supportive learning environment aims to build your skill set in all areas of pharmacy.

Ideally, the successful candidate will hold appropriate Immunisation Qualifications.

It is also expected that you will be flexible to meet the operational requirements of the store (7-day trading).
