Pharmacy 777 Membership

Terms and Conditions

  1. Memberships to the Pharmacy 777 Membership Program (Membership Program) are issued by 777 Franchising Pty Ltd ABN 54 162 625 765 (Issuer).
  2. Individuals who attend a Pharmacy 777 pharmacy and are aged 16 years or over and have a current Australian residential address (Eligible Applicants) are eligible to join the Membership Program.
  3. Eligible Applicants may apply to become a member of the Membership Program (Member) by filling out a form or providing details at a Pharmacy 777 pharmacy. To become a Member, Eligible Applicants must provide personal details (such as name, address, email address and phone number) to the Issuer. Members are responsible for informing the Issuer if their personal details change.
  4. Members will be either senior Members (being those over 65 years of age or the holder of a Seniors card) or standard Members.
  5. The Issuer may refuse an application to become a Member for any reason. Successful applicants will be issued a Membership Program card (Membership Card). A Membership Card is not transferable and is for the personal use of the Member the Membership Card is supplied to only. Members are responsible for informing the Issuer if their Membership Card is lost or stolen.
  6. By becoming a Member of the Membership Program, each Member consents to their personal information being collected, used and disclosed in accordance with the Pharmacy 777 Privacy Policy, a copy of which is available at https://www.pharmacy777.com.au/privacy-policy.
  7. Acceptance of a Membership Card and/or taking steps to use a Membership Card constitutes as an agreement to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as amended from time to time by the Issuer at the Issuer’s sole and absolute discretion.
  8. The Issuer may terminate the Membership Program at any time, and in such circumstances the Issuer will notify Members via the contact details provided when applying to become a Member or as updated by Members. The Issuer and Pharmacy 777 pharmacies will not be liable for the termination of the Membership Program or any loss suffered by Members as a result of any termination.
  9. Members are eligible to accrue points on in-pharmacy purchases made at a Pharmacy 777 pharmacy at a rate of 5% for standard members, and 10% for senior members (Applicable Percentage). Points are accrued based on the Member’s Applicable Percentage of a total transaction value minus exclusions (including GST) (Points). Point accrual does not apply to restricted pharmaceuticals, already discounted items, health services and specified related products and any other item identified as excluded by the Member’s Pharmacy 777 pharmacist or pharmacy from time to time.
  10. Points are accrued as long as the Member’s Membership Card remains active and across all Pharmacy 777 pharmacies. For every whole $1 (there is no rounding) which constitutes the Applicable Percentage of a Member’s transaction minus exclusions (including GST), 1 Point will be earned. Points will be removed from a Member’s Membership Card for transactions with returned or refunded products.
  11. For every 5 Points earned by a Member, that Member will be credited with a voucher to the value of $5 (Voucher). Vouchers are not valid with and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer/reward. Vouchers will expire after 12 months.
  12. Members may check their Points balance at any time by contacting the Issuer via a Pharmacy 777 pharmacy, by email at info@pharmacy777.com.au or telephone on 08 9316 7811. The Issuer may also, at the Issuer’s sole and absolute discretion, periodically send Members a Points summary using each Member’s personal details as provided to the Issuer by each Member. Pharmacy 777 pharmacies may make a Member’s Points balance available in other ways.
  13. The balance of a Member’s Points will reduce when the Member’s Points are converted to a Voucher or when the Member’s Points expire. The entire balance of a Member’s Points will expire and be forfeited after 12 months of non-activity in the Membership Program (where there have been no transactions or activities involving Points, except for expiry, in relation to the Member’s Membership Card).
  14. From time to time, the Issuer will notify members by email or post of exclusive offers on products, services, monthly specials, events and early bird access to health services offered at Pharmacy 777 pharmacies. Exclusive offers and events may be subject to conditions such as expiry dates, availability or other exclusions at the sole and absolute discretion of the Issuer.
  15. The Issuer may make changes to these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice at its absolute and sole discretion. A Member’s continued use of a Membership Card after any such amendment to these Terms & Conditions will be taken as the Member’s acceptance of the terms of the amended Terms & Conditions. Members are solely responsible for checking periodically for any such amendments to these Terms & Conditions. If a Member does not agree with the amended Terms & Conditions, that Member must take steps to cancel their Membership Card and immediately stop participating in the Membership Program.
  16. If a Member wishes to cancel their Membership Card, that Member may contact the Issuer by email at info@pharmacy777.com.au or telephone on 08 9316 7811, and the Issuer will endeavour to cancel the Membership Card as soon as practicable.
  17. Points and Vouchers are non-negotiable, non-transferable, have no cash value, and are not redeemable for cash.
  18. A Membership Card is not a credit or charge card, is not transferable and remains the property of the Issuer.
  19. The Issuer may at any time and in its absolute discretion cancel or suspend a Membership Card or modify and withdraw a Member’s Membership Program membership. Pharmacy 777 pharmacies and the Issuer will not be liable for any loss or damage that may arise by reason of any cancellation, suspension, modification and/or withdrawal, or if a Pharmacy 777 pharmacy ceases to be a participant in the Membership Program.
  20. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Issuer makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, security or timeliness of the content, information or services provided by its communications for the Membership Program and disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, statutory or otherwise, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, non-infringement of third parties' rights, and fitness for a particular purpose.
  21. Pharmacy 777 pharmacies are not permitted or authorised to make any representation, warranty or statement on behalf of the Issuer in relation to the Membership Program and Members release the Issuer from all liability for any representations, warranties or statements.
  22. Each Member agrees the Issuer will not be liable for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential losses or damages or loss of profits suffered or incurred by a Member in relation to the Membership Program.
  23. To the fullest extent permitted by law, each Member indemnifies the Issuer and its directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents, and affiliates for and against any Member or third party claims, liability, damages, loss or costs arising from or in connection with the use of the Membership Program by that Member or a breach of these Terms & Conditions by that Member.
