15 years ago, Michael Dillon, Chairman of Pharmacy 777, employed Bernice Baker to manage and develop the
Cosmetic Business. Bernice reflects: The early days were hard work, the biggest hurdle was to find the right
people who had experience and knowledge of the business. This was not an easy task, however not impossible.
Our Business has now grown and developed into the largest Cosmetic Pharmacy in Western Australia.
Our success is the result of the diligence, dedication and experience of the team of women who work with us.
Some of the Best
Sherri Treloar has been in the Cosmetic Industry for over 30 years. From teaching Make-up Artistry to working in department stores to Pharmacy.
Sherri also has a wealth of knowledge in the Fine Fragrance field. We often laugh about being the 'mature girls' on the team. The bonus being,
we have been in the industry so long, we know the discontinued lines that so many of our customers come looking for. With this knowledge, we are able to recommend a suitable alternative, or happily tell them it is making a come-back.
Sue Wright was employed as a Travel Consultant for one of our promotional events. We quickly recognised her amazing customer service skills and her gentle way with the elderly. Sue has trained in various Cosmetic and Fine Fragrance houses over her career of 15 years.
Through luck and friendship of another staff member, Susan Jones was welcomed into our team. I remember Susan being an enthusiastic young lady with bright eyes and a wonderful smile. Of her 10 years in Cosmetics and Fragrance, Susan has managed our Esteé Lauder Account for 6 years and is a fully trained Make-up Artist and Skin Care Specialist.

Through the Instep training programme we employed Alysia Holt. Alysia was 15 years young. That was eight years ago. Alysia is very knowledgeable in all aspects of cosmetics and has a very loyal customer following, particularly for her fabulous make-overs.
Karly Taylor had no doubt what career path she wanted to take. Also from the school Instep Programme, Karly started a ten week course in our Pharmacy. We all laugh as we recall Karly's early days with us. She was a young, enthusiastic teenager, with very little cosmetic skills and a thirst for knowledge. We would nearly have to lasso her as the customers approached the cosmetic counters! Six years on, Karly is managing the largest Clinique account for pharmacy in WA. She has grown into a cheeky and beautiful young woman who believes you can accomplish anything when you have passion and you love what you do.
Our Rising Stars
Nicole Gawthorne and Nikita Davis are our youngest in the cosmetic department. They are both hard at work with their training. With the wealth of experience and knowledge of the senior staff, we can only expect the best.
Bernice takes pride in Pharmacy Beauty Care
I have been in this industry for 37 years. I started in Pharmacy then went to department stores. What I discovered was, I could not give the complete service you can give in Pharmacy.
In Pharmacy, you have the opportunity to learn all aspects of Health and Beauty however you cannot be an expert in all professions. That is when we rely on our specialists: our Pharmacist, Naturopaths, Aromatherapist and Nurses.
